The Bandsaw Standard Kit includes our Ball Bearing Back-Up Roller Retro-Fit Kit (555074) to eliminate your squealing problem and help your machine run smoother plus two replacement Rubber Bandsaw Tires and a bottle of Tire Adhesive.
Bandsaw Complete Overhaul Tune-up Kit (556084)
The Bandsaw Complete Overhaul Kit not only fixes issues where Your Bandsaw’s back-up rollers and guides are squealing and/or your blades are not tracking properly and affecting the accuracy of your cuts, but it also addresses another important issue as well. If Your Blades seem to dull quickly (even after installing a new Blade) if your machine seems to generate excessive heat, if it vibrates or if either (or both) of the Blade Wheels can be wiggled easily when the Blades are removed, you likely need the Overhaul Kit. The Bandsaw Overhaul Kit Includes: Our Ball Bearing Back-Up Roller Retro-Fit Kit (555074) to stop the squealing, an upper Wheel and Bearing w/Tire (502691), and a Lower Wheel Assembly with Tire, Bearing and Shaft (509032).
